Frequently ask Questions
- Online surveys; these will be short surveys from 5 to 25 questions that you can complete in 2 to 10 minutes
- Data sharing; you will have the option to sign up to share regular data – e.g. on a weekly or monthly basis – on your online spending habits
- Other ad-hoc inputs and research that you can participate in and get paid
- There will be 1-2x per month. Anytime a new survey is launched that matches your profile, we will inform you through email.
- We will include a link in the email to where the survey can be taken, and it will direct you to the online survey.
- The amount will depend on the type, length, and complexity of the inputs needed, and will be communicated to you upfront.
- You will get paid either immediately after a survey, or on an aggregate basis at the end of every month for all your contributions in that month.
- The payment will be through digital channels and will depend on your location.
- Please note that the payment is only meant to be a compensation for your time, and not to influence your answers.
