Cube Seller Panel Terms and Conditions

1. Objective and Data Usage

The Cube Seller Panel is a collaborative program where e-commerce sellers share their shop data with Cube in exchange for compensation. This data is used exclusively for research, market analysis, and forecasting models to better understand e-commerce trends. All data is kept strictly confidential and will not be shared with third parties. Cube guarantees that all data will be anonymized and aggregated before analysis.

2. Data Collection

Participants agree to provide the following data on a monthly basis:

• Monthly Order Details: A detailed list of orders (Excel format).
• Parent SKU Details: Product-level information (Excel format).

We may occasionally request additional shop data to clarify or support our analysis, but this will always be kept simple and relevant to the program.

All data must be downloaded directly from the seller center of the relevant e-commerce platform with the language set to English. Data should be submitted securely via the designated Google Drive link provided by Cube.

3. Compensation and Payment Process

• Monthly Payments:
  • Payments are determined based on the shop’s size and performance, as provided during registration.
  • The payment structure is as follows:
    

    300-500 orders	$30
    500-1,000 orders	$40
    1,000-2,000 orders	$50
    2,000++ orders	$60
    Mall shop	$70

• Referral Bonus:
  • Existing participants who refer new sellers to the panel will receive a 20 USD bonus
  • The referral bonus is a one-time payment made after the referred participant has successfully participated.
• Payment Timing:
  • Payments will be sent to the designated bank account provided during registration or via Wise if agreed upon.
  • Payments will be processed on the weekend after (or sooner) the participant submits their data for the month.

4. Requirements

• Order Volume: Sellers must have a monthly total of at least 300 orders.
• Shop Eligibility: Shops can be individual or Mall/Official stores on platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, or TikTok Shop.
• Accurate Information: Participants must provide truthful, unaltered data and confirm that they are authorized to share the shop data.

5. Data Confidentiality

Cube is committed to safeguarding participant data:

• All data shared will be anonymized and aggregated before use.
• No raw data will be shared with third parties or publicly disclosed.
• Data will be used solely for internal research and market analysis.

6. Termination

• Either party may terminate participation in the program with a 30-day written notice.
• Cube reserves the right to terminate the agreement if data submission requirements are not met or if fraudulent activities are detected.
