By joining this partnership, you’ll have the opportunity to share your shop’s data and insights to help us analyze market trends and platform changes in the e-commerce industry.

Seller Requirements

  1. Sellers must have a daily order volume of at least 10 orders per day and a monthly total of over 300 orders.
  2. Sellers must provide their monthly sales data by the 5th of each month to ensure prompt payment on the same date.

Data Usage

The data collected through this partnership will be used exclusively for research and market analysis purposes. All information will be kept 100% confidential and will not be shared with any third parties.

We understand that your privacy and time are precious. That’s why we have designed our Seller Panel to be on a 100% opt-in basis. We will only add you to the Panel after you have understood how it will work, voluntarily shared your information, and given us your express approval to contact you.

Data Confidentiality

Your data security is our top priority. All data is treated with the highest level of confidentiality. We aggregate and anonymize all information to ensure that no individual shop details are ever disclosed or shared with third parties. Rest assured, your data will only be used for research purposes to generate market insights.

Anonymous Responses

Your responses will always remain anonymous. We will aggregate the responses before sharing them with any external party, and analyze data without linking individual responses to personal identities.

Frequently asked questions

You will provide monthly reports related to transaction volume, orders, income, product analysis, etc. These reports can be easily downloaded from your seller accounts. The specifics will depend on the platforms your shops are on, and detailed guidance will be provided when you join. Other ad-hocs inputs and research that you can participate in and get paid.

Data collection is typically requested once per month, on the 2nd of each month. If a new research project launches and matches your profile, you will be notified via email.

Payment amounts will depend on your shop profile and will be communicated to you upfront. Payments are made from the 5th to the 8th of each month for the previous month's reports. Payments will be made through digital channels and will depend on your location

How to join us?

To join, complete the registration form on our Seller Panel page. If selected, you will be contacted via email to confirm your participation and provide the necessary reports. Your contributions are invaluable, and we look forward to collaborating with you!

2. Tell us about your shop
We’d like to know some basic details about your e-commerce shop to determine your eligibility for the program.
3. Verify your shop’s order volume
To proceed, we need to verify your shop’s order volume. Please provide the monthly order data from your Business Insights Overview in the Shopee Seller Center by following these steps:

  1. Log in to Shopee Seller Center.
  2. Navigate to Business Insights > Overview.
  3. Capture the monthly report showing total orders for the previous month (including your shop name at the top right).
